Make time for your social life, such as seeing friends and even spending time family. Also, find the time to relax and take time away from revision, otherwise you’ll overwork yourself. Too much revising can be intense and have a negative impact on you.

Make sure you get plenty of quality sleep. Rest is essential and you have to make sure you are ready for the day. Get a good amount of sleep every night, your body is a temple so treat as such.
Eat well by keeping an eye on your diet, drink plenty of water, and keep your energy levels at a moderate rate. Furthermore, you could also consider going for a run, a brisk walk in fresh air, or even go to the gym.
It is so important that you keep on check on your physical health, especially during the exam period. You cannot brush it off as inferior to your mental health, because one will always impact the other.
